A note for each email

Record additional information in a pinnable side pane. Selecting another email loads its associated note, and changes are saved locally after a short typing pause.

Waiting for a reply

Mark messages that need a response. A dedicated overview helps you find outstanding replies.

Follow-ups and search

Set follow-up dates and filter by overdue, today or upcoming. Local search covers saved subjects and note text.

Local storage

The add-in stores data in the Outlook WebView’s local web storage. It does not write notes into emails or transfer them to Exchange. There is no cross-device synchronisation.

Three languages

German, English and Spanish are included. The interface initially follows the system language; a manual preference can be saved in settings.

Development status and limitations

Version 1.4.0 is available as a Windows test package. A local HTTPS service must run during use. The add-in sends no telemetry; Outlook’s and Microsoft 365’s own communication remains separate.
